Has the red wreath RS mark on the pot, the cups & saucers have a blue Germany mark.Buyer pays s/i & Ca. residents add tax We ship promptly & the least expensive, fastest way. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items. I save boxes because with Priority for the most part you're paying for the box.
