Vintage child's blue straw hat with band & floral trim. Made by Elbas New York. Could be used on an antique doll. Very good condition, the band has some fraying, has the orig tag on the outside. Inside measurement is 6 1/2".Buyer pays s/i & Ca. residents add tax. We ship promptly, normally next day & the least expensive, fastest way. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items. I save boxes because with Priority for the most part you're paying for the box. A lot of items will ship just as fast at a lower rate 1st class. If I'm quoting Parcel Post & you want Priority, don't pay til you get a new quote from me.
