Skookum Doll. Blue; orange; red; white; tan; black; pink. Wool; composition; cardboard; feather. The papoose Skookum is completely wrapped in a native wool blanket and attached to a cardboard board. It has black hair, a pink feather and an orange celluloid head band. It is tied to its original red mailing card with a 3 cents postage mark. The card has a print of an Indian family and teepee and is marked, "Dennison Mfg. Co, U.S.A. GC."
