Wire Skimmer. Gray patina. Metal wire. This handmade skimmer is made from a thick metal wire that curves to form the rim of the skimmer and twists around itself to form a double handle which widens out at the end and is held open with a bracket. The basket of the skimmer is formed from 22 thin wires that are held in place by a cross wire.
