He wears two red crosses on the right breast of his black habit that denote the "Ministers of the Sick." The central figures are Saint Camillus, a man on his sick bed (that looks like a Christ figure), a woman in black and an angel. Other figures include, animals, natives, angels, and the devil behind bars in the upper right hand corner.
