Victorian, circa 1860 Pair (possibly matched. One very slightly whiter than the other) Staffordshire seated black and white Disraeli spaniels, each molded with one front leg free. Old, dull gilt collars, lockets and chains. Decorated all round. Vent hole to reverses and undersides. Generally good. Rubbing to gilt. Right facing: No restoration. Staining to front right paw. Left facing: Bruise below ear. Kiln effects: kiln grit caught in the glaze to left leg. Glaze miss to top of head. Repaired crack to chest. Repaired mold join crack along the spaniel''s back. Restored chips to front right paw and tail. 10ins high
