Victorian, circa 1880 Victorian gold (untested) mourning brooch, with seed pearl in the center set within a gold and blue enamel star on oval panel. Surrounded by circular balls inside a recessed border with rope twist edging. Two locks of entwined and plaited hair on blue fabric, behind a glass panel to reverse. Hinged pin and clasp. Good. No repairs. Slight wear to the central panel and glass cover. Pin is slightly bent. Hinge in good working order. 1.25ins wide
