Victorian, circa 1860 Staffordshire porcellaneous pastille burner in the form of a cottage encrusted with flowers. Consists of two pieces with the cottage forming the cover. Pierced vapour holes to reverse and one in the chimney. Dull gilt decoration. Fair. Cottage: Some rubbing to gilt. Repaired hairline to reverse corner. Restored chip to porch roof. Repair to the chimney. Two restored flowers. Restoration to parts of the shredded clay. Base: Gilt rubbed. Repaired hairlines. Restoration of some of the flowers. 3.25ins high, 4ins wide
