Overall good condition, has some wear on the binding & some thin spots from use. 35 x 44". Buyer pays s/i Ca. residents add tax. We ship promptly, normally next day & the least expensive, fastest way. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items. I save boxes because with Priority for the most part you're paying for the box. A lot of items will ship just as fast at a lower rate 1st class.
