This is a fantastic 1940's shelf bust & tulle perfect party dress!l The bodice is velvet with inset of tulle and little flowers. It has spaghetti straps. A full tulle skirt red acetate lining. It has a fantastic side flair of tulle and bouquet of flowers. It has a side metal zipper. How fun is this to wear to a party! Measurements: Bust: 34" Waist 28".
