This is a Late 1970's 1980's Bill Blass Collection Red Chiffon Halter Dress with Purple and Yellow Chiffon Bands at the bottom fo the dress. It has an elastic waste with a ribbon belt. It is full lined and zips in the back. We could not show the back properly because it would not zip on our mannequin. It is in excellent vintage condition and soooo very beautiful when worn.
