This is a stunning and exquisitely patinaed Rococo Armoire made from walnut by the end of the 19th century. This beautiful piece consists of an arched crown boasting an intricately carved acanthus shaped cartouche sitting upon the straight façade featuring a pair of glass doors standing on a nicely scrolled apron supported by cabriole legs on escargot feet. The interior compartment is spacious and offers 2 adjustable shelves and a pair of bottom drawers. Note that the upper shelf has straight bars for hangers, which can be very convenient. The bars are not original and can be removed if requested. Lock and key are in original condition. A few minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1890.
