In 35 years of business, this is the finest lacquered tray we have ever seen!!! Truly the best of the best; the detail and condition is magnificent. This tray is Chinese black lacquer, with beautiful gold chinoisierie pagodas, bridge, figures and trees. The tray is a beautiful scalloped shape. This is a 19th century Oriental tray made for the French or English market. It is a diminutive size and would make an impressive focal point as a hanging piece of art or would be the perfect tray for a custom made coffee table. We searched over 400 trays from past auctions and NONE compared to this one! If you can find a better tray, we’d love to see it! Dimensions are: 32 ½ x 26 ½
