Rare designer limited edition signed Daum France Pate de Verre crystal bowl. The bottom of the bowl is signed Daum France. It is a beautiful light blue Pate de Verre bowl measuring 6-1/4 inches wide and 2-3/4 inches high. The cover of the bowl is cobalt blue clear crystal with stylized gold cactus plants decorating the top. Above the top is a green Pate de Verre ball. Attached to that is a feathered gilt metal finial. There were very few of these made, they sold out quit quickly. The one we are offering is in excellent condition and guaranteed to please the most particular art glass connoisseur or collector. To the top of the feathers the designer bowl measures 9 inches. This is the only one like this on the market today. The few others that were made are in private collections. This is perhaps one of the most unusual and interesting Daum Pate de Verre crystal creations. The last recorded sale for this model is more than $2,000.00.
