Beautiful antique 14k gold cameo pendant/brooch depicting a beautiful lady wearing a grape vine in her hair. This is a very classical style dating from the last half of the 19th century. The loop ring at the top may be folded down or extended. Extended the cameo measures 1-7/8 inches high. When the ring is folded in it measures 1-3/4 inches high. Width 1-3/8 inches.
