Lovely Gold Lame' evening purse used during the "Dance Band" of 1920-1940's era. It is made of gold lame' and is lined with a rich lining. It has the Whiting Davis metal stamping on the gold frame work. It has a 11 inch gold chain strap and has a wonderful crystal closing. Whiting Davis made jewelry and purses during this era and the purses have more than retained their value and will continue to do so, if properly taken care of. Its size is 7" by 4". A really great purse.
