On handle it reads: INDUSTRIAL DE SAN BARTOLO S.A. In good condition. No damage. Turns fine. Blade good. Note has a lot of rust. Vintage piece, do expect rust. Front and top part missing. Mill measures 12.5" in Height X 9" in Length X 6" in Width.
