This old top hat has been embellished with a band of fancy black antique sequin trim, an extra long Victorian hat pin weapon, and a vintage black satin bow in the back. It has no lining inside and is 23 1/4" circumference inside. All the embellishments can be easily removed if you want it plain. Some age wear here and there on the brim.
