Vintage hickory golf club. A persimmon head spoon by A. Steer. The club head has a brass sole plate, a hickory shaft and suede leather grip. This club is in very good original condition. A. Steer was the professional at Leyburn Yorks,Copthorne 1908 -1912, he was also known to be an assistant to J. Paterson at Gatwick and he was also the professional at Nuwara Eliya Ceylon 1922 – 1924.
