Wood, encrusted patina of long libations, female and male figures portrayed in a standing on a base with legs slightly bend, encrusted with small animal skulls above the heads, well carved and finely balanced. These figures were used to incarnate a spirit of bush, Asie Usu and would act as a hunter or diviner's tutelary. These kind of statues were worshipped and often given a libation of chicken blood and eggs, giving it an encrusted patina.
