A very nice 19th century small octagonal cut glass decanter, engraved on each side panel with curtain and swag type decorations! Probably circa 1840. The base and top are cut and polished as are the side panels and facets. Original cut glass stopper has a large chip from the base, but not really noticeable when in place. There are some tiny, flea bite chips on the edges of a few facets and some light inside haze. About 7 ¾” tall to top of stopper. Overall a very presentable and displayable early cut glass decanter for a bargain price!
