These are two matching antique bronze exterior door hardware sets, in Yale & Towne’s “Meridian” design, circa 1910. This hardware features an elegant Neoclassical scroll design with unusual oval doorknobs; the plates and keyholes are crowned with palmettes. Each set comes with the original split-system lock, large exterior backplate with a double keyhole, rosette and keyhole escutcheon, and pair of oval doorknobs with the connecting rod. These entry door sets are in excellent condition with a lovely patina. The backplates measure 11” by 3”, the roses are 2 1/8” in diameter, and the keyhole covers are 3 1/8” by 1 3/8”.
