This is a wonderful antique brass two-light Arts & Crafts chandelier, originally gas and now wired for electricity. Marked with a 1908 patent date, the chandelier begins with a four-sided canopy coming down in a rod to a rectangular body. Squared arms, accented with gas keys, extend from either side of the chandelier body, each ending in a round, half-frosted shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition. The shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 23” wide, 5 1/8” deep, and 16” tall to the top of the chandelier body; the fixture is 28” long overall.
