This is a beautiful and elegant grand lady. This three cushioned, hand carved sofa is believed to be from the early 20th. Century. The carvings are a very artful and intricate baby rose pattern with vines and scrolls intertwined. The carvings on this piece are simply amazing and gorgeous in skill and design. In the center on the arm wings is an open carved scroll design on each side. A truly beautiful and unique piece. The hands of a caring soul can restore her to her former glory.

CONDITION: Frame is solid wood of unknown origin that is in Very Good to Excellent condition with no major visible damage and very sturdy. Springs are in the bench seat, cushions as well as back. Back is very firm.

Needs to be reupholstered as there are numerous tears and stains on the cushions as well as front and right back side of sofa itself.

Once reupholstered, This stunning piece would make a wonderful addition to any home or perfect for a B&B, Inn or Century Home.

MEASUREMENTS: 7 ft. long x 35" wide x 3 ft. tall at the center of wood carving. Seat depth 22", floor to seat cushion 18".
