A very interesting blown glass decanter with original tall blown glass stopper, probably Dutch. Delicate light weight glass in the fashion of Venice style (facon de Venise); the body blown in a 12 rib mold with open pontil scar and the hollow stopper blown in a 10 rib mold also with pontil scar. Stopper is about 5” long. Total height is 13” tall. The decanter body engraved with grapes, vines and leaves. Perfect with only very minor use wear. Nice early delicate piece! Probably circa 1800.
