From ancient Greece, Magna Graecian (Gnathian), ca. 4th century BC. Pottery blackware lekythos (pouring vessel); funicular neck with vertical block decoration above a painted net to the squat body. 4-1/4"H x 4-3/8"D, chip to base and paint wear, else very good.
