This is a wonderful example of early 20th century American Floridian folk art. It probably dates to the 1930’s as many of these were carved by the Seminole Indians to sell for the early Florida tourist trade.
This is an exceptional, large, example in excellent condition. Please review photos. There is natural age shrinking and deformity that adds to its charm. About 8 ½” x 6 ½”.
