A beautiful antique five-light glass and chrome chandelier with its original prisms, dating from the 1930’s. The chandelier begins with a chrome loop atop a glass baluster; beaded swags hang from the top of the baluster, alternating with prisms. Five chrome chandelier arms extend from a glass bowl near the bottom of the chandelier; each arm supports a glass wax pan and candle cup hung with icicle prisms. An inverted scalloped bowl at the bottom of the chandelier holds a row of prisms, with a faceted glass ball in the center. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19” wide and 31” tall, and the fixture is 45” long overall.
