Appraised in 2005 at $13,950. Fantastic single comb Criterion music box with matching cabinet stand. The music box has been recently tuned and is in great working order.The interior of the lid has the label panel in original condition. The cabinet has the slots for the discs and a pull out slide surface on each side. The music box and cabinet are both beautifully decorate, with carved panels, columns and extensive moldings. Both pieces are finished on the backs so the piece is equally attractive in the middle of room. The hinge for the lid on the left side has been replaced. Very seldom is a matching base found with the music boxes, this is the original base. It comes with fifteen original discs. This box not only produces a fantastic sound but also has the looks to match. Price negotiable with serious buyer.

This music box was electricfied in 1937. The records are valued at over $2,000 if sold by themselves.
