This set of nightsands have been in my family for generations. I was born and raised in France, and when I moved to the USA my mom gave me this set. I also have a matching 2 drawer chest (also called a commode) for the avid collector.
Considering how old it is, It is in exquisite condition. Other than a few tiny surface blemishes it looks like new. even the inside of the drawers are in great shape and it still has its original felt linning. It was crafted with no nails. The work on those nightstands is simply exquisite. note the wood inlays! I do not mind selling those items separate but it is such a unique set its value is much better with both together. delivery available at additional cost.
