Massive, elaborately carved by master artisans, this special Sandalwood Chinese Emperor's Throne Screen was crafted circa 1840-1860 or earlier. Features deep unique convex relief on one side and concave characters on the other. 9 feet high, 12 feet 4 inched long (two wings of 46 inches with center partition of 56 inches) , 13 1/2 inches thick (at the base).
