Not sure if this is Battersea / Bilton but seems likely. Could be French or even Viennese enamel work. Beautiful work and has a charming feel to it. $'' tall and little over 2.5'' wide. Very unusual piece that may have a repair at the bottom and a couple of visible lines nothing that detracts in any way.
