This is a great, early crackleware rabbit plate by the Chelsea Pottery, later known as Dedham Pottery in Mass. The images are raised and expertly painted on the sharply beveled rim of the plate. The crackling is fine. The back bears the impressed clover leaf mark for Chelsea Pottery, which was discontinued in 1894. The condition is great, with a tiny bit of roughness on one part of the edge.
