This is a wonderful antique cast iron five-light Tudor chandelier with a fleur-de-lis design and a great patina. Dating from the 1920 s, the chandelier begins with a foliate loop finial, coming down into five intricately cast pieces ornamented with shields, volutes, and fleurs-de-lis; they support a double ring connected by volutes and foliate detail, accented with fleur-de-lis finials. The five bracket-shaped arms, featuring a faux-hammered surface and shield ornamentation, extend from the ring, supporting superbly cast bobeches. The bottom of the chandelier, encircled by a fleur-de-lis pattern, ends in a final. This light fixture is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier measures 20 wide, 18 tall, and 32 long overall.
