The window is in very good antique condition with a tight, barely noticeable hairline in the bottom right-hand corner (pictured). The frame is in very good antique condition. The window measures 21 ¾” wide and 24 7/8” tall, with a frame 1 3/8” thick, and the glass measures 17 ½” wide and 19 ¾” tall.
