This is an amazing antique four-light brass chandelier, dating from the early 1900’s, with its original splendid hand-cut shades. The chandelier body is composed of a round band with three inverted L-shaped arms, from which hang understated shade holders with lovely wheel-cut shades. Between each arm is a beautiful foliate garland appliqué. The hand-cut shades feature a grapevine design. This light fixture is in excellent condition and has a lovely, beautifully aged patina, and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. It measures 19” wide, 12” tall, and 42 ½” long overall.
