Wedgwood & Co jardinaire, made England, 19th century. Measures 3 3/8inches high and 7 1/4inches from end to end.Beautiful little jardinaire or centerpiece. Angled pedestal foot. Palest blue background with raised , moulded foliage bordered in gold. Ornage handles, neck, borders, top and inside of top rim are a wonderful rich puce and gold. Back and front have oval reserves with floral bouquets. While the mark underneath says ''HANDPAINTED'', it is in fact partially transfer and partially handpainted with enamel highlights.Marked with factory name underneath as well as handpainted.MINT condition.
