American is, without a doubt, Fostoria's most collected and well known pattern. Presented here are a pair of their #2056, bell shaped duo candlesticks. These were produced from around 1936 to 1958 and are somewhat hard to find.The candlesticks are 6 1/2" in height with a base diameter of 4 1/2" and an arm spread of 8 1/4". Both of these pieces are in excellent condition...free of chips, cracks or discoloration. There is a minor manufacturer's flaw in the form of a bit of "extra glass" on the rim point of one of the candle cups, but this is certainly not detrimental to the overall look or condition of the candlestick and is being mentioned solely for accuracy.
