Hark to the Hounds", a book by F.A. Stewart published by Collins, London, 1937. A hard red cloth cover with gilt horseman to front raising his cap and gilt titles to front and spine. Includes 8 colour plates: The Whaddon Chase, Bicester, Cottesmore, Craven, Woodland Pytchley, Haydon, Tipperary , and Albrighton Woodland, one b/w plate, and 32 additional drawings by Stewart .There is also a key to the plates that identifies the various people depicted. There is a small amount of foxing but otherwise an exceptional book of 71 pages. Circa: 1937 36.5 cm wide x 29 cm high 14¼" wide x 11¼" high
