A wonderful antique oak mantel, dating from the early 1900’s. This fireplace mantel features subtle decorative detail down the legs, with a triangular arch in the firebox opening. The top of the mantel features two pairs of simple decorative brackets, and a strip of wood fastened with diamond shapes across the top. This mantel is in very good antique condition. The mantel measures 67-7/8” tall, 60” wide, and 11 ¾” deep; the firebox opening is 41 ½” wide, 47” tall at the center, and 43” tall at the corners.
