This pretty pattern is Heisey's #492 King House etch, which was produced from 1937 to 1941. It can only be found on the #1472 Parallel Quarter blank, which consisted only of a console set...bowl and candlesticks.The footed bowl being offered here is somewhat octagonal in shape and measures approximately 10 3/8" across the rim and 3 3/8" in height. It is free of any nicks, chips or cracks, but does show some very minor signs of usage.
