This is a hard-to-find antique Art Nouveau bronze entry door backplate, in the “Roanoke” pattern by P. & F. Corbin, c. 1900, with its swinging keyhole cover intact. The escutcheon features a double keyhole and a striking asymmetrical design with vines, flowers, and beading. This entrance doorplate is in excellent condition; it measures 10” by 2 ¾”.
