This is a delightful antique five-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with a loop finial hidden in a cluster of leaves. Below, a smooth pole and five wrought iron bands form the chandelier body. The bands come out in a stair-step effect to a pair of parallel iron bands that form a circle around the chandelier. Five straight chandelier arms radiate from the body, each supporting a foliate bobeche. Below, iron bands converge to the center of the chandelier. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19 ¾” wide and 14 ½” tall, and the fixture is 31” long overall.
