This R. Tuck Halloween postcard features a young boy (who is holding a jack-o-lantern bag) and girl looking at a witch as she flies through an orange sky. Text reads “For Luck! We must follow the Witch on Hallowe’en!” Postmarked September 30, 1912, Columbus, OH with a partially ripped postage stamp. A note and address have been written on the back lightly in ink. Pre-printed text notes “Raphael Tucks & Sons’ “HALLOWE’EN” Series of Post Cards No, No 188. Art Publishers To Their Majesties The King And Queen” as well as “Printed In Saxony.” Measures 3 1/2” x 5 1/2”.
