Very sort-after Bleu Royale dish from Carlton Ware - Chinese pavilion pattern in gold with green, blue and red enamels. Gilded rims and handles. Blue mottle background. Measures 45cm high, 27.25 cm wide and 15 cm deep. Minor tiny faults at rear - two tiny pin-pricks of white under one handle, small graze or maybe firing mark on one underneath side. (see close-up photos). Face of dish in excellent condition.
