Lovely early example of Wedgwood jasperware in the navy and white colours. Very nicely decorated with classical scenes, rope-twist handle. Tapering cone shape to the jug. Measures 115 mm high and the base is 76 mm diameter (4.1/2 inches by 3 inches). Dates around Edwardian period. Impressed marks are 36, S and D, so possibly 1901. Excellent condition.
