This Pair of Porcelain Open Work Corbeilles is in Excellent Condition, c1880. Monochromatic porcelain stamped “BC” in cobalt blue pigment on the underside. The base raised on three lion paw feet under a pedestal supporting three draped cherubs. Each cherub standing with one foot in the air beside a large vase of blooming flowers, holding up the open-work basket with one arm raised above the head and the other outstretched.
