Circa 1880 Rorstrand Majolica jardiniere with armoured bird handles, leaf and scroll molding to each side, on cobalt ground. Olive green floral border around the rim. Molded on a four footed base. Turquoise interior. Cream glaze inside the base with impressed maker''s marks ''Rorstrand'', ''LB'' and ''E''. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. No flakes. Kiln effect: slight staining to crazing on the interior. Repair to end of one beak. 7ins high, 15ins wide
