20thC, date cipher for 1907 Wedgwood Majolica plate with ochre reticulated basket rim, surrounding a green center molded with a fruiting plum branch. Three decorative panels on the rim, two with stags grazing in a forest, and the other a hunting scene. Cream reverse. Stilt marks inside the foot along with impressed maker''s mark ''WEDGWOOD'', ''L'' and date cipher ''3WJ'' for 1907. Good. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Slight wear to interior. Kiln effect: some staining to reverse. Restoration to a section of the rim. 9.5ins diameter
