Three seahorses are the feature of this antique tile by Rookwood. The deeply molded design is covered in a periwinkle blue glaze with a green wash. The tile is eight inches square, framed it is 13.5 inches. Nice sharp mold and a clean uncrazed example. The back is impressed with ROOKWOOD FAIENCE 123AYD.
